A round wooden tabletop & decorative carved turtle

 

1. large circular wooden body with a carved central lotus/sunburst floral pattern
2. decorated outer rim with repeated spiral/scroll carvings
3. Plus 4 carved "turtle" legs/feet on either end and one raised head at the top and a small tail-like element at the bottom,
4. the extended legs have detailed scale-pattern carving and rounded floral-shaped ends;
5. the wood has a polished deep honey-brown finish with visible natural grain.

1. A large circular design with an opening in the middle for a ring.
2. An intricate inner edge decorated with flowers, leaves, and scrolls.
3. On the outer edge there are many repeating curved, feather or leaf like designs etched into the wood in a circular pattern around the ring.
4. The grain of the wood has a warm brown/gold color and the carving is very deep and detailed giving it a 3-D effect.
